We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Roads Project Manager to join our team to coordinate and manage our road construction and maintenance projects. As a road project manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of our country's road infrastructure.

Requirements:

• ddiploma of higher studies in the field of constructions - CFDP engineer - mandatory requirement;
• Project manager diploma - mandatory requirement
• Relevant experience in the management of road construction and maintenance projects, with recommendations both as a CFDP engineer and as a project manager - mandatory requirement;
• Solid knowledge in the field of construction;
• Excellent planning, organizing and coordinating activities skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the field of road construction and maintenance;

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to quality standards;
• Management of human, financial and material resources needed for projects;
• Supervise and monitor road construction and maintenance activities, ensuring they comply with plans and specifications;
• Working closely with the project team, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and proper coordination of activities;
• Identifying and managing potential risks and issues arising during projects, taking appropriate corrective action;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during the works;
• Elaboration of periodic progress reports and their presentation to the management of the company.
