Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to coordinate our road, hydro and sewage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a CFDP qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for supervising and managing site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and within the established deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing activities on the construction site.
• Coordinating teams of workers and ensuring an efficient working climate.
• Supervision of the execution of works and verification of their quality.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with project engineers, architects and project managers.
• Managing specific documentation and reporting on work progress.
• Monitoring expenses and ensuring budget compliance.
• Adapting the work schedule to weather conditions or other unforeseen situations.
• Providing training and support to subordinate staff

Requirements:

• CFDP Engineer Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating road, hydrotechnical or sewage infrastructure works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and construction regulations.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of using construction software (MS Office, AutoCAD).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
