Description:  In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing technical and financial bids for Road Infrastructure projects. You will work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure that all bids are accurate and competitive.

Responsibilities:

• Studying and analyzing technical documentation (technical projects, feasibility studies, etc.).
• Identifying the types of work that require special permits and necessary subcontractors.
• Preparation of technical and financial offers for participation in public and private tenders.

• Monitoring, selection and tracking of tender opportunities and requests for proposals related to public procurement procedures announced in SEAP
• Analysis of award documentation published within the framework of public procurement procedures for projects of interest to the company
• Checking eligibility conditions
• Preparing economic documentation (quotes) related to tenders/offers, as well as submitting all documents within the agreed deadline in the specifications
• Elaborating and submitting requests for clarifications within public procurement procedures;
• Drafting technical and financial offers and integrating them into a commercial proposal;
• Identification of suppliers of materials and subcontractors for the execution of works

• Assisting the planning team in developing execution programs with resource allocation
• Carrying out preliminary economic analyses and evaluations to estimate execution costs.

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction (CFDP or similar).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bidding in the field of road, bridge and/or railway construction.
• Experience in studying and analyzing technical documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to the field of activity (public procurement, design and construction of roads, bridges and/or railways).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of using AutoCAD is an advantage
